TPO Planner™: Customer Role

The TPO Planner™ has functionality that
is specific to the needs of customer teams supporting your
largest customers. Customer team users can be empowered to
do the following:
Corporate Deal Template: Customer teams can use the
corporate deal calendar template
as a starting point.
Customer Specific Calendars: The TPO Planner can
easily adjust to each customer’s constraints
around the
type of promotions, frequencies and strategies
that they support. The customer team can
simply adjust the
corporate template and re-optimize. The
team can also create ‘what-if’ events that
meet the customer’s
requirements for off-invoice, bill-back,
scan-down allowances, lump-sum, merchandizing and other
attributes.
When the user clicks on
‘optimize’, the TPO Planner determines what mix of events
best meets corporate and
customer
objectives.
Incremental Fund Requests: Customer teams can also
determine the results of using incremental
funds to
help build an optimized trade calendar. Users can
quickly toggle between optimizing trade
calendars with and
without incremental funds.
Electronic Workflow: Customer plans can be
electronically submitted for approval, and if
appropriate, the
customer plan can also include a request
for incremental trade promotion funding. |
